Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have. 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as made to order or custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift card returns.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at info@badi-banga.com as soon as possible to reserve another product/size.

Within 14 days from the delivery of your package, you may request to exchange or return your order. You must return the purchased products to the badibanga web store in perfect condition. The products should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original tags still attached to each product. badibanga will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Any shipping charges that may incur when returning the products are on your/customer's responsibility. The cost of the merchandise (except shipping /duty and other costs at the moment of purchase) will be refunded if all demands are met. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 10 business days at the latest, after badibanga receives the returned products. The refund will be made through the payment method you used for the order in question. Please note, that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by badibanga . In the case of an exchange, badibanga will not add additional charges for shipping of the new items.

International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service
